Returns registration via Online Self Service

Transparent, fair and efficient returns processes strengthen brand loyalty. Simple and uncomplicated returns processing ensures happy customers. In our returns portal with self-service function, your customers register the return independently and print their shipping label directly. How does it work?

  1. Buyers can log in online under My Account and request the return or
  2. Consumers scan the QR code in the package and are immediately logged into the customer account.

Once logged into your own account, the customer is uniquely identified and you have a 360° view of all the

  • purchases made,
  • returns to date,
  • preferred payment methods.

The fly recommendation engine (Recommendation engine) now suggests highly personalised cross- and up-sell offers to the customer. A customer returns a pair of black leather gloves in size M. She receives a fully automated suggestion of the same model in sizes S and L. In addition, she is offered gloves of other brands with the note that size S runs particularly large here. In parallel, you can also offer the buyer vouchers or discounts for future purchases here.

Live payment of open items

 The middleware fly ensures real-time data exchange between different systems and enables invoice updates in real time. Returns are deducted directly from the invoice amount and the correct invoice is played out. By integrating the fly commerce payment widget, customers pay their invoice by clicking on a direct payment link.

Fully automated PayPal refunds

fly commerce also covers various repayment scenarios seamlessly and without media discontinuity. The eco-system enables remittances via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. You benefit from cost savings, increase transparency and reduce the risk of errors in repayments. The returns and payment process, including booking in the backend, is mapped completely digitally. Manual interventions are no longer necessary.
